Basic Requirements for Hosts and Participants

Zoom Apps, including Welo, are available for the following operating systems. Apps aren’t supported on mobile devices at this time.

macOS 10.15 Catalina or higher with Safari 13.1 or higher
Windows 11
Windows 10 Home, Pro, or Enterprise.
Windows 7, 8, 8.1.
Make sure you have the Zoom desktop client installed.
Keep your Zoom desktop client updated to the latest version. Earlier versions may be missing critical features and fixes.
Ensure you have Apps enabled for your Zoom account.
